Conditions of Use
Delivery of Service
Service is normally provided within two working days from receipt of payment and advert details. Please note that "working days" excludes Saturday, Sunday and all Statutory and Bank Holidays in the UK.
Restrictions of Service
We reserve the right to refuse to accept any advert from an individual or company which is not suitable for this "general use" website including any text and images containing content of a sexual, potentially offensive and dangerous nature. Advertisers should contact Eurom Limited to check if their items for sale are suitable before making payment and submitting form details. If adverts are submitted and are not suitable then a refund will be made less an administration cost of £ 3.00 exc vat per advert.
Accuracy of Advert Content
Photographs submitted and descriptive text must be of the actual item being sold. Photographs of the item from other sources, such as websites and publications cannot be accepted. Whilst every care is taken by Eurom Limited to help identify and correct typographical errors in sumbitted material, they cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy of the description itself.
Limitations to Advert Content
The advert must display the actual item/s being sold for the Price advertised. A range of different items with individual prices are not acceptable in one advert.
The inclusion of telephone numbers, email addresses, websites and business names is not permissible in the description or photographs.
Prices
The prices quoted by Eurom Limited for advert space are in UK Sterling, and include 17.5% VAT. If due to circumstances beyond our control, prices vary (including any variation to the rate of value added tax), you will be informed prior to payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Display Period
Class Ad and Class Ad Extra provide 14 days display from the date of the first entry. If the item is purchased within this period the Seller must advise Eurom Limited as soon as possible to avoid continued calls from potential Buyers. Once advised, the Seller`s contact telephone number will be removed and replaced with the word SOLD until the end of the 14 day period when the advert will be removed from the website. The original item cannot be replaced with another. If the item is not sold within the 14 day period, and the Seller chooses not to purchase an extension period, the advert will be removed from the website.

We undertake to to deal with any complaint speedily and sympathetically. It is our intention to meet and exceed our customers` expectations.
Minimum Age for Advertisers
Individuals wishing to place an order must be a minimum 18 years of age.
Colour reproduction
We take great care with the colours and images used on our site. The limitations of broadcasting on this medium may mean slight variations may occur. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that descriptions are accurate. However we reserve the right to alter specifications without notice.

All brand names, product names and titles used in this site are trademarks or trade names of their respective holders. No permission is given in respect of use of any such and may constitute an infringement of the holders’ rights.
